This notice sheet can now be emailed to you. An email distribution list has been set up to allow you to receive the weekly notice sheet electronically. Paper copies will still be available for those people who want them. However sending the notice sheet as an email is: better for the environment, will save church some money, will mean that if you are away and miss church on a Sunday you will still know what's going on, will help the church to reach out to others in our community, will save the church administrator time.

To join the St Thomas' and St Luke's email list, please follow the following instructions:

1) Draft a message to listserv@liverpool.ac.uk

2) You can omit the subject as it will be ignored

3) Send a one line message of the form: SUBSCRIBE stthomasandstluke Mike Greenwood (replace Mike Greenwood with your own name!)

4) Soon afterwards you should receive an email asking you to confirm your request.

5) Then shortly after successfully joining you will receive a welcome message. Please keep this in a safe place. It contains important information which you will need if you decide to leave the list.

6) The church notices will normally be sent out on a Wednesday. They will be in the form of a Word document which you will need to open.

One of the benefits of electronic circulation is that in time more people will receive copies of the notice sheet. For this reason, it is important that anyone submitting items for the notice sheet is sensitive to the need to avoid inappropriate publication of personal contact details.
