This is a ten-part course that nine of us are just finishing. Its purpose is:

To be led more by Jesus; to lead more like Jesus; and lead more to Jesus.

We asked the current participants why they would recommend Growing Leaders to others:

You have fun and get to know people in the group well. There is no pressure on time as it is only every four weeks. You don’t need to be a theologian to do it!

You learn how to lead like Jesus - His way not my way.

It gives you the chance to consider just what it means to take on a leadership role, and what that involves. There is a chance to grow and learn from others. There is an opportunity to look at yourself.

It gives you confidence to step out and do things for God that you would not otherwise have done.

It is a great way to explore what leadership is and how to serve. We really look at Jesus, how he lived, and how he equips us to live and serve him today.
